  • Wood pulp paper

    Pando buys paper and board from reputable paper mills and its wood pulp comes from sustainable forests, aiming to contribute to changing the economic and environmental conditions of the forests。

  • Degradable materials (PLA particles)

    Polylactic acid (PLA) is a bio-based and biodegradable material that not only reduces its carbon footprint, but can also be broken down in a variety of ways。The PLA paper cup produced by Pando is a degradable series of products, which can be degraded into water and carbon dioxide under specific environmental conditions to reduce environmental pollution, and is an environmentally friendly material。

  • Green light scheme

    In response to the global "plastic ban" call, Pondu launched a new product water-based coating cup - green cup, which can achieve centralized recycling after use, reduce resource waste and environmental pollution, and achieve sustainable development and circular economy。

Waste recycling

The centrally collected paper waste is compressed and packed in the paper packing room, and then transported to the cooperative paper recycling plant for recycling, so as to maximize resource utilization。

Paper waste collection

The paper waste is collected centrally through a special underground pipeline, and the whole process of recycling from coating - printing - die cutting - forming waste is realized。

Solar power generation

The 28,000 m2 roof of the Pondu factory is covered by solar photovoltaic panels, with a total capacity of 2.6352MWP。In 2018, solar power capacity reached 182.480,000 degrees Celsius, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions 496,345 kg。In 2019, solar power capacity reached 166.50,000 degrees Celsius, equivalent to reducing carbon emissions 452880kg。

Equipment renovation

8 compressed air systems were replaced by blower electric heating systems, reducing carbon emissions by 64,950 kg;Hangao veneer clamp is reformed to cancel blowing and reduce carbon emissions by 75359kg。

Heat recovery and utilization

The heat of the air compressor is converted into hot water for the heating of the office area and the paper workshop, saving 8 coolers, 7 air conditioners and 10 electric heaters, reducing carbon emissions by 55300kg。

Pondu takes a series of measures in production to effectively reduce carbon emissions, actively spread the concept of environmental protection, and promote green production methods。

For in-house factory (Hebei Xingtai, Sichuan Chengdu, Guangdong Dongguan, Zhejiang Huzhou 5 subsidiaries) products, the use of plastic baskets, recycling boxes for turnover, saving carton consumption, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction。
